About DigiCore: a Development Team in Tashkent

DigiCore is a development team based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. We build websites, mobile apps, payment systems and CRM, and we integrate AI. After launch we stay with the product.

What we do

We build web and mobile products, FinTech and payment systems, CRM and ERP, EdTech platforms, automation and integrations. We grow projects in search and harden their security. Analysis, architecture, design, backend, mobile development, testing, launch and further development are all handled inside one team.

For most of those years we were building our own products: payment systems, billing, self-service terminal networks, services and mobile apps. We did not hand them over and walk away, we ran them for years, and some are still live. Work came by recommendation, and that was enough.

What the market wants now is exactly that kind of experience: taking a complex system all the way to launch and staying with it afterwards. So we opened the door to outside work.

Clients arrive with two kinds of task. The first is straightforward: a site or an app from scratch. We like the second one just as much. The product already runs, somebody else wrote it, there is no documentation, and it has to keep growing. We read code written by another team, run an audit and continue from where it stopped.

What stands behind the numbers

  • 14+ years in development
  • 10+ ready-made products
  • 35+ different payment systems
  • 50+ launched projects

The third figure matters more than the first two. Years of experience are common. Thirty-five here counts different payment systems rather than repeated connections to one: each has its own protocol, its own reconciliation format, its own refund logic and its own set of cases where the money left the account and the notification never arrived. That breadth cannot be imitated in an About page.

The fourth figure stayed empty for a long time. We added it once the work had been recounted: more than forty projects can be named one by one, and we show that list on request. Over the years there were more, and some of them are simply no longer remembered. What we publish as cases is a selection, not the whole list.

How the work runs

We start with the task and its constraints. Then analysis, architecture, layouts, development in iterations with a demo at each one, testing and launch. After launch the product is not abandoned: support, metrics and improvements are a separate engagement model rather than a favour.

The model follows the task. Fixed price when the scope is known before the start. Time and materials when it will change along the way. A dedicated team for a long-running product. A product sprint when a hypothesis has to be tested quickly and cheaply.

Timelines

We state timelines before the work starts instead of answering "it depends". Landing pages and one-page sites: 48 hours when the content is ready and the layout is approved. Chatbots and Telegram bots from 2 days. CRM, integrations and APIs from 1 week. Online stores and MVPs from 2 weeks. Mobile apps, FinTech, EdTech, SaaS and ERP from 4 weeks. Modernising a project built by another team is estimated after the audit: a timeline cannot be given without reading the code.

Why some projects have no names

We have worked with payment and financial services. Those clients do not want publicity, and we do not create any. No case in the portfolio carries a trade name or a link to a live site: the task, the architecture, the stack and the result are there, the brand is not. A vendor who did not expose a previous client will not expose the next one.

Where we work

We are in Tashkent, time zone UTC+5, and we work remotely with clients abroad. We communicate in English, Russian and Uzbek. The full list of what we do is on the services page. Artificial intelligence is a separate direction of five services.

Have an idea for a new product, or need to grow an existing one?

Tell us about the task. We will study it and propose an option that makes sense technically and economically.
