Terms of use for digicore.uz: what is published here, how the materials may be used, and what happens to submitted forms and reviews.

What this document covers
These terms describe the rules for using digicore.uz. They apply from the moment you open any page of the site. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.

What is published here, and what it is not
Service descriptions, timelines, scope and project examples are informational. They are not a public offer. A timeline such as "from 2 weeks" shows the order of magnitude on a typical task, not a commitment for your project. The price and the timeline for specific work are fixed in a separate agreement after the task has been reviewed, and only that agreement has force.
The 48-hour figure for a landing page applies when the content is ready and the layout is approved. That condition is part of the promise, not a footnote attached to it.
Rights to the materials
The texts, images, diagrams, code and design of the site belong to DigiCore. They may be quoted with attribution and a direct link to the page. Copying whole pages, using the materials commercially or presenting our projects as your own is not allowed.
The names and logos of the technologies and services mentioned belong to their owners and are used to describe the stack, not to claim a partnership.
Contact forms
By submitting a form you confirm that the data is yours and that it is correct. The data is processed under the privacy policy. Submitting a form creates no obligation for you or for us: it is the start of a conversation.
We reject automated submissions and do not reply to enquiries sent by bots.
Reviews
A review is published after we check it. We may contact you to confirm the engagement. A review is not published if it contains insults, advertising for unrelated services, personal data belonging to other people, or details about a project that the client asked us not to disclose.
We do not edit the meaning of a review. We may correct a typo or the formatting. The email address of the author is never published.
Links to other sites
The site links to projects and external resources. We are not responsible for their content or availability: they live by their own rules.
Liability
We keep the information on the site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation: maintenance and connectivity failures happen to everyone. Decisions made on the basis of the site materials, without discussing the task with us, remain your decisions.
Changes to these terms
The terms may change together with the site. The version published on this page at the time of your visit is the one that applies.
