Who processes the data

Data sent through the forms on digicore.uz is processed by DigiCore, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. For any question about your data write to bunyod@sattarov.uz, message @sbunyod on Telegram or call +998 93 600 66 77.

What we collect

The site requires no registration, and we collect nothing about you until you send it yourself. Only what is listed below is stored.

Enquiry form. Name, phone, email, company, preferred contact method, the service you are interested in, a budget range and the message text. Name and at least one contact method are required, because without them we cannot reply.

Review form. Name, company, position, email, a link to the project, a rating and the review text. The email is used to clarify details and is never published on the site.

Technical submission data. Along with the form we store the IP address, the browser string, the interface language, the time you ticked the consent box, and information about how you reached the site and which page you sent the enquiry from. This data lets us tell people from spam bots and see which materials bring enquiries.

Rejected submissions. If a form was filled in by a bot, we store the fact of the rejection: which form, for what reason, from which address and when. The contents of the fields in such a submission are not stored.

Why we need it

  • To answer your enquiry and discuss the task.
  • To publish your review after checking it, if you sent one.
  • To protect the forms from spam and automated submissions.
  • To see which pages bring enquiries.

We do not sell your data. We can see which page and which link brought you here, and we use that anonymous information to measure and improve our advertising. Your name, phone, email and message play no part in it. We run no mailing list: apart from the reply about your task, you will receive nothing from us.

Legal basis

Your consent. It is given by the checkbox next to the submit button, and the time it was given is stored with the enquiry. Without the checkbox the form does not submit.

Who else sees the data

We use third-party services to receive enquiries and deliver email, so the contents of an enquiry pass through their infrastructure. The site runs on our own server. There is no third-party CRM among the recipients.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses technical cookies: they hold the session, protect the forms against request forgery and remember which page you arrived from. Visitor counters are also installed — they collect anonymous statistics about how people use the site.

How long we keep the data

Enquiries are kept for three years from the moment of contact and are then deleted. three years is the period during which an enquiry can still be needed: to return to a postponed task, to restore the history of the work, to answer a question about a past project. Published reviews are kept for as long as they stay published. Records of rejected spam submissions are needed only for spam analysis and are removed as they age.

You do not have to wait three years: on request we delete the data earlier, and you do not need to explain why.

How to delete your data or withdraw consent

Write to bunyod@sattarov.uz or message @sbunyod on Telegram from the email or number you used in the form. We will delete the enquiry or the review and confirm it in a reply. Withdrawing consent requires no explanation.

You can also ask us to show what data we hold about you and to correct it if it is wrong.

Changes to this page

If the set of collected data changes, this page changes with it. The date of the last update is visible in the site admin panel. Substantial changes are described here in words, not by a single line saying the policy was updated.
