Who it is for
You want this if you have a site running and nobody whose job it is to look after it. The site does not have to be ours. We take over code written by another team, and the honest answer is sometimes that it cannot be maintained as it stands, in which case you hear that before you pay for anything. What we do not take on is a site nobody can give us server access to: without access, support is a promise rather than a service.

We maintain more than the code we wrote ourselves. Over the years we have run sites on WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, OpenCart and DLE, so an unfamiliar admin panel and an unfamiliar theme do not stop us.
In practice it looks like this:

· we keep versions current instead of postponing updates until a break-in
· we write modules when the extension you need exists neither in the catalogue nor in the store
· we edit themes so the next update does not wipe the changes

Frequently asked questions
How much does support cost?
Support starts from $100 a month. The figure then follows the monthly hours and the response time you need: a small site and a busy online store do not require the same care. The package is chosen after we look at the site, and the initial audit is free.
What is the turnaround time?
This is monthly work, so there is no single delivery date. Response times per request are fixed in the agreement, and outages are handled out of turn.
Will you take over a site built by another team?
Yes, that is a common case. We review the code first and give you the audit result: what is in order, what is risky, what to fix first. Only then do we say whether we take it into support or recommend modernisation.
Where are the backups kept?
Separately from the server that runs the site. A backup stored on the same server is not a backup: if the server is lost, so is the copy. Restores are tested, not assumed.
