IT for Training Centres and Online Schools

We build what takes the register and the phone away from the administrator: enrolment, attendance, payments, lessons and tests.

Who it is for

· Training centres with groups, schedules and prepaid packages
· Online schools with courses, lessons and assessment
· Tutoring services and language schools
· Corporate training inside a company

Problems we solve

· Attendance is kept in one notebook and payments in another
· A parent calls to ask whether the child attended, and the administrator goes looking
· A prepaid package ran out and nobody noticed for two weeks
· Tests are marked by hand and the teacher spends evenings on it
· A ready platform exists, but your process will not bend into it

What is included

· Schedule, groups and lesson enrolment
· Attendance and prepaid packages with automatic deduction of lessons
· Personal accounts for the student, the teacher and the parent
· Courses, lessons, homework and tests with automatic marking
· Payment acceptance and reminders before a package expires
· Reports on teacher load and revenue

What we can build

· An online learning platform with courses and video
· A testing system, including adaptive testing
· A CRM for a training centre: enquiries, trial lessons, renewals
· A Telegram bot for marking attendance and notifying parents

How we work

· We study how your teaching process works, because it differs in every centre
· We build the first version around one scenario, usually attendance and payments
· We launch it with one group and listen to the administrator
· We extend it to all courses and connect payments and reporting
· We keep developing the platform as the catalogue grows

Adaptive testing SaaS: the test adjusts to whoever is answering

Training centres build tests, applicants take them from a link and receive a verified level. Questions get harder as the test goes, so the level emerges from fewer of them.

A student forum split by region, university and faculty

A place where a student finds the discussion of their own faculty at their own university instead of a ten-thousand-member group chat.

Frequently asked questions

Is a ready-made platform not enough?
For standard courses with lessons and tests it often is, and we admit it. A custom platform pays off when the process does not fit a ready product, when you need your own brand and rules, or when teaching is tied to payments and package accounting.
Have you built anything in this field?
Yes. Edvento is our own adaptive testing SaaS, where the next question is chosen from the answers to the previous ones. Separately we built a Telegram bot that records visits for a training centre, so marking attendance takes one tap instead of a line in a register.
Where is the lesson video stored?
There are three options: external hosting, your own server, or a mix. Each has a different cost and different limits on traffic and download protection. The choice follows your catalogue size and how many hours your students watch.
How long does the launch take?
From four weeks to a first working version. Most of the time goes into describing the teaching process rather than into development, because every centre runs it differently.

Have an idea for a new product, or need to grow an existing one?

Tell us about the task. We will study it and propose an option that makes sense technically and economically.
