IT for FinTech and Payment Companies

We build and run products that move money: wallets, processing, billing and reconciliation. This is the direction where we have 14+ years of practice and 35+ different payment systems behind us.

Who it is for

· Payment companies and providers
· Products with an internal balance: wallets, marketplaces, agent networks
· Financial services that need a team which has already worked with money
· Teams whose product runs but no longer holds the load or the reconciliation

Problems we solve

· A payment went through at the provider and never appeared in the system
· A repeated request charges the customer twice
· Monthly reconciliation is assembled by hand and still does not match
· Every new payment system is connected as if it were the first
· Load grew, and operations started to disappear at peak hours

What is included

· A designed money path: where the funds are, in what state, and who is responsible
· Idempotent operations and protection against double charges
· Journals and reconciliation that can restore any single transaction
· Provider connections: acceptance, refunds, repeated notifications, disputed cases
· Load scenarios and behaviour when a provider stops responding
· Separated permissions and an action log
· Support after launch, because a financial product is never finished

What we can build

· Electronic wallets with a multi-currency balance
· Merchant platforms for accepting payments
· Multi-tenant platforms for agent networks with isolation per tenant
· Billing: plans, subscriptions, recalculations, accruals
· Analytics and reconciliation on top of a payment system database
· High-load platforms for exchanging digital assets

How we work

· We study the domain and draw the money path
· We record the requirements for load, security and reporting
· We build a limited scope that can already be tested with real money
· We connect providers one by one and test every scenario, including failure
· We launch and watch the reconciliation for the first weeks
· We keep developing the system together with your team

Frequently asked questions

How long does this kind of work take?
From four weeks to a first working version of a limited scope. A full platform takes months, and we build it so that working parts appear in sequence. The exact timeline follows the number of providers and the complexity of reconciliation, not the volume of code.
Why are the examples unnamed?
Part of our payment and finance work is published without a client name and without a link, by agreement. The task, architecture, stack and result are all there. A vendor who did not expose a previous client will not expose the next one.
Do you handle licensing?
No. Legal status, licences and provider contracts are handled by you or your lawyer. We are responsible for the technical side and for making it match the requirements those contracts place on you.
What does "35+ different payment systems" mean?
It is a count of systems, not of connections. Each one has its own protocol, its own reconciliation format, its own refund logic and its own set of cases where the money left but the notification never arrived. Breadth matters more than volume here.
Can we order only an audit of the existing system?
Yes, and it is often the right place to start. We review the architecture, the money path, the reconciliation and the points where the system loses operations under load. You get a report with a plan ordered by importance.

Have an idea for a new product, or need to grow an existing one?

Tell us about the task. We will study it and propose an option that makes sense technically and economically.
