What belongs is whatever the test cannot run without. What does not belong is everything else, including an admin panel for every occasion and features that will come in handy later. Cutting the scope is the main work at the start, and it happens before the code.

How fast can we actually launch?

A landing page for testing demand takes 48 hours when the content is ready and the layout is approved. A Telegram bot from two days. An MVP of a web product or an app from two weeks. After that the timeline grows with the number of scenarios.

What if the hypothesis fails?

Then it cost you two weeks instead of a year, which is the point of an MVP. We say plainly when the numbers are not in your favour and help you work out whether to change the product or the idea.
