CRM and ERP Development for Existing Systems
We work with companies that already run a system: extending it to fit a changed process, connecting it to the website and accounting software, migrating away from a platform that stopped fitting.
Who it is for
· Teams where a CRM was rolled out and two people out of twenty use it
· Companies whose system was left by a previous vendor with no documentation
· Businesses that grew until the process no longer fits the settings
· Teams that want to migrate data and are afraid of losing it

Problems we solve
· The system exists, but the work runs in parallel in a messenger
· The report you need does not exist and there is nobody to add it
· The website and the CRM are not connected, and enquiries are copied by hand
· The vendor disappeared, there are no credentials, and nothing can be changed

What is included
· A review of what actually works in the system and what sits there unused
· Extension to fit the current process instead of a rewrite
· Integrations: website, telephony, accounting software, payment systems, messengers
· Data migration checked against totals and counts
· Control returned to you: credentials, documentation, instructions

What we can build
· Extensions to an existing CRM or ERP
· An integration layer between systems that already run
· Reports and dashboards built around real questions
· A migration to a custom system when the boxed product finally stops fitting

How we work
· We look at the system and at the process it serves
· We separate what a setting can fix from what needs development
· We agree a list of work by importance and move in small steps
· We migrate the data and check it against the numbers
· We hand over documentation and stay for support

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from building a CRM from scratch?
The starting point. The system already exists here, and the job is to make it usable: add what is missing, connect it to the rest, return control over the credentials. If building from scratch turns out cheaper, we say so and show the numbers.
Will you take on somebody else code?
Yes, that is part of our regular work. We start with an audit: we read the code, look at the architecture and the state of the database, and then say plainly which is cheaper, extending what exists or rewriting part of it.
Can data be lost during migration?
The migration is checked against totals and counts before the old system is switched off. Until the numbers match, nothing is switched. Working in a new system with discrepancies is worse than delaying the move by a week.
Have an idea for a new product, or need to grow an existing one?
Tell us about the task. We will study it and propose an option that makes sense technically and economically.
