IT for Professional Services

Clinics, law firms, agencies, salons and service companies: anywhere a specialist time is sold and then lost to booking calls and reminders.

Who it is for

· Companies with appointments and specialist schedules
· Agencies and consultancies where several people run one project
· Field service teams with visits and job requests
· Teams whose client records live in a chat

Problems we solve

· Booking is handled by an administrator on the phone, including evenings and weekends
· A client did not show up and did not warn, and the slot was wasted
· The history of enquiries is scattered across chats
· It is unclear which advertising brings bookings and which only brings calls

What is included

· Online booking with specialist schedules and reminders
· A client card with the history of enquiries and documents
· Payment and prepayment, so a slot is not wasted
· A client account
· Reports on specialist load and enquiry sources

What we can build

· A booking and client management system
· A website with online booking and payment
· A Telegram bot for booking and reminders
· An internal portal for the team

How we work

· We look at how a client reaches you and where they are lost on the way
· We build booking and reminders first, because they pay back first
· We connect payment and the client account
· We add reporting and look at the numbers a month later

Frequently asked questions

Does online booking really cut no-shows?
What cuts them is the reminder and the prepayment rather than the booking itself. A reminder a day and an hour ahead removes forgetfulness, and prepayment removes casual bookings. How much it drops depends on your audience, and we will not promise a percentage before measuring.
We already have a website. Does it need rebuilding?
Not necessarily. Booking and payment can often be added to an existing site. A rebuild is needed when the site cannot be changed without a developer, or when it does not work properly on a phone, and most bookings come from phones.
How long does this take?
Booking with reminders goes live from one week. The full loop with a client account, payment and reporting takes longer, and we usually suggest moving in parts: first what stops losing clients, then the rest.

Have an idea for a new product, or need to grow an existing one?

Tell us about the task. We will study it and propose an option that makes sense technically and economically.
