AI Agent Development for Business

An AI agent does the work rather than answering questions: it triages email, keeps CRM records up to date and tracks deadlines. It runs inside your systems, under your rules. A pilot from one week.

Who it is for

· Companies whose managers spend half a day filling in records
· Businesses receiving a large volume of email and requests
· Teams tracking deadlines by hand
· Owners who tried a chatbot and found that it only talks

Problems we solve

· An email arrives and nobody enters it into the CRM
· A request sits unanswered for days
· A missed deadline is discovered only when the client reminds you
· Report data is gathered by hand from several systems
· The bot talks to customers but performs no action

What is included

· Definition of the actions the agent may perform
· Connection to your systems: email, CRM, tasks, spreadsheets
· Approval rules: what runs automatically and what is confirmed
· A log of every action, with the ability to undo it
· A pilot, a measured result and boundary adjustment afterwards

What we can build

· Agents that triage email and requests
· Agents that maintain CRM records
· Agents that track tasks and deadlines
· Agents that collect data and prepare reports

How we work

· We pick one process and write it down step by step
· We agree the boundaries: what the agent may touch and what it may not
· We build a pilot that starts in suggestion mode only
· We review the output and open automatic actions gradually
· We expand and keep watching the log

Engagement models

· A pilot with a measured result
· Fixed price when the process is clear
· Time and materials as the number of agents grows

Frequently asked questions

How is an AI agent different from a chatbot?
A chatbot talks; an agent acts. A chatbot answers a question and the conversation ends. An agent performs actions in your systems: it creates a record, sets a deadline, routes an email to the right person. If what you need is a conversation with customers, that is our chatbots and assistants service.
What does an AI agent cost?
An AI agent starts from $1000, with model usage billed separately. The price then follows the number of actions and integrations. The number comes after we walk through the process with you. We do not promise a saving in percent up front, because it has to be measured after the pilot.
How soon can an agent start working?
From one week to a pilot. Expansion is gradual: each new action first runs in suggestion mode and is only then switched to automatic.
What if the agent does the wrong thing?
Every action is logged and reversible, and important ones ask for confirmation. At the start the agent performs nothing on its own: it proposes, and you review the proposals. Boundaries widen only once the record justifies it.
