We automate the routine your team does by hand: request classification, document completeness checks, report and export preparation. From two weeks, measured before and after.
The candidates for automation are easy to spot from the inside. Someone sorts incoming requests every morning. Someone checks documents for completeness by eye. Someone assembles the same weekly report out of three systems. We measure what those steps cost in hours today, automate the most expensive one and compare the output with the manual result. If the gain turns out to be small, we say so and stop there.
Problems we solve
· Requests are sorted by hand and land in the wrong department
· Document completeness is checked by eye
· The same report is assembled manually every week
· Errors surface only when a customer complains
What is included
· Process analysis with the current time cost measured
· Selection of the steps worth automating
· Implementation and connection to existing systems
· Approval points: what passes without a human
· A before-and-after comparison after the pilot
What we can build
· Request classification and routing
· Document checks for completeness and inconsistency
· Report and export preparation
· Email and enquiry triage
· Data transfer between systems
How we work
· We write the process down step by step and measure the time
· We pick the single step that costs the most
· We build a pilot and run it on real documents
· We compare the output with the manual result
· If the gain holds, we move to the next step
Engagement models
· A pilot that measures the time saved on one step
· Fixed price when the process is documented
· Time and materials for staged expansion

We remove manual work where it costs the most: sales, stock, documents, production and reporting. We count the saving before the work starts.
What clients say
After signing the contract with Digicore, their dev team got started on our website right away — within just 2 weeks we were already seeing results, even though they'd estimated 3 months. Communication was almost 24/7, which made the whole process really convenient and flexible for me.
Highly recommend this team if you want to boost your business online!
From two weeks to a pilot. The timeline depends on how well the process is documented. Most of the effort usually goes into establishing how the work actually runs.
How much does it cost and how much does it save?
Automation starts from $700, with model usage billed separately by volume. We do not quote a saving in percent in advance: we measure the current time cost first, then compare it with the fact after the pilot. A percentage promised beforehand is a sales technique, not a calculation.
Do we have to cut staff?
Usually not. In practice automation removes the routine and leaves the work that needs judgement. If headcount reduction is the goal, say so directly, because the calculation is then different.
Who is responsible when the system is wrong?
Important steps are built with an approval point: the decision is shown to a person who confirms it. Where confidence is high the step passes automatically, and everything is logged so any decision can be reviewed later.
