What does an AI assistant cost?

How soon is the assistant live?

What if it answers incorrectly?
The assistant is configured to admit that it does not know and to hand over to a person. Every answer is logged, you review them and adjust the boundaries. Errors cannot be removed entirely; they can be made visible and controlled.
How is this different from a scripted bot?
A scripted bot follows a fixed path and fails when the user steps off it. An assistant understands a question asked in free form. In practice the best result is usually a hybrid: buttons for fast actions, the assistant for everything else.
