Often you can. We have no reason to hide it: we do not sell a tool. Our work is elsewhere: organising the knowledge, building the structure and rules, and connecting search and answers to your own data. A ready tool does not do that part for you.
What does a knowledge base cost?
A knowledge base starts from $700. Beyond that the price follows the volume of documents, whether migration is needed and how search is connected. The number comes after we look at what you have today, and that look costs nothing.
How long until it is usable?
This service has no stated timeline and we will not invent one: it depends entirely on how much material there is and how disordered it is. A pilot on one department is quick, and it gives the real figure for the rest.
Do you use one yourselves?
Yes. We keep a single knowledge base across twelve projects: shared memory, work logs and internal rules. The site you are reading was designed and written inside it. Note contents, client names and credentials are never published. We show the structure and the result.
