One place for company knowledge: procedures, contracts and project history, with search by meaning and answers drawn from your own documents. We run one ourselves, every working day.
Knowledge bases are usually bought after a specific event: a person leaves and takes with them the only account of how something was done. Before that, the drives and the chat threads feel adequate. If you run several projects in parallel and a new hire needs months to become useful, that event has already happened and nobody has noticed it yet.
Problems we solve
· The document exists and nobody can find it
· Procedures exist, are out of date, and nobody knows which ones
· Project history lives in chat threads

What we can build

How we work
· We look at where knowledge lives now
· We propose a structure and agree it
· We migrate and clean up what is worth keeping
· We connect search and answers
· We train the team and leave the maintenance rules
Engagement models
· A one-off build and migration
· A pilot on one department or one project
· Support: maintaining and pruning the base
After signing the contract with Digicore, their dev team got started on our website right away — within just 2 weeks we were already seeing results, even though they'd estimated 3 months. Communication was almost 24/7, which made the whole process really convenient and flexible for me.
Highly recommend this team if you want to boost your business online!
Often you can. We have no reason to hide it: we do not sell a tool. Our work is elsewhere: organising the knowledge, building the structure and rules, and connecting search and answers to your own data. A ready tool does not do that part for you.
What does a knowledge base cost?
A knowledge base starts from $500. Beyond that the price follows the volume of documents, whether migration is needed and how search is connected. The number comes after we look at what you have today, and that look costs nothing.
How long until it is usable?
This service has no stated timeline and we will not invent one: it depends entirely on how much material there is and how disordered it is. A pilot on one department is quick, and it gives the real figure for the rest.
Do you use one yourselves?
Yes. We keep a single knowledge base across fourteen projects: shared memory, work logs and internal rules. The site you are reading was designed and written inside it. Note contents, client names and credentials are never published. We show the structure and the result.
Discuss your task
Leave a name and a phone number, and we will ask the rest in the conversation.
Have an idea for a new product, or need to grow an existing one?
Tell us about the task. We will study it and propose an option that makes sense technically and economically.
